Wed 7-6

Breakfast
Bran flakes with milk, and my good old Diet Dr. Pepper

Lunch
2 pieces of Homemade wheat flat bread with Hummus
Yogurt
DS's leftover cheese (which makes a good hummus cheese sandwich ;-)

Dinner
2 Black bean enchilada's
cup of ice cream with cookie crumbs added

Snack
Whole wheat flat bread with cream cheese
Popcorn
cheetos

EXERSIZE
kneeding bread dough for 10 minutes (by the clock as the recipe calls for)

Rolling out flat bread for 20 minutes and dancing it across the counter to the skillet....yes I need a life. ;-)

But both of these did get my heart rate up and it was a good arm workout.
I also haulede 2 wagonds of rock back to the rock garden and vacummed.


NEW THOUGHTS:
Last night we went out to a new indian restraunt. I was STARVING and the portions seemed very small, although delicious. When we left I was still STARVING and felt like I could eat another meal, but like a half an hour later I was feeling quite full, almost like I'd over eaten. I'm "thinking" the type of foods we ate may have a delayed full signal type thing going on, which made me think perhaps other types of whole grains will do the same. I plan to experiment with this theory....hence the whole wheat flat bread and hummus...plus it's good! So even if it is food that is totally OVER my "carb limits" I think I will try it for a while.
